Lyra Color Giant pencils come with a thick (6.25mm) lead that is break resistant. The whole range gives brilliant colours. We have put together this full set of Lyra’s six metallic colours – Gold, Metallic Yellow, Metallic Brown, Metallic Lilac, Metallic Green and Silver. One pencil in each colour is included.
Metallic tones add shimmer and shine to your artwork. Our full Lyra range, which includes non-metallic Color Giants and much more, can be viewed here.
Looking for a sharpener? Either the Lyra Twin Hole Wooden Sharpener or Lyra Groove 2-hole Sharpener is suitable for this pencil.

These metallic pencils are great to use and the shiny colours make them interesting for children to experiment with.
Note that the tin of 18 Lyra Giants already includes the gold and silver pencils; I bought these as well and so had two extra metallics. (But it wasn’t hard to find someone who wanted the spares!)
